It’s Hazel’s 3rd Birthday Party!
I absolutely love Hazel’s personality. Hazel is so vibrant and full of life! She has definite dislikes and likes. She loves tea parties and birthday parties. She plays out these kind of parties nearly everyday with her tea party set and dollies. Hazel also loves to dress up and is especially fond of her “wings.” One day she’s a fairy, the next a butterfly. Whichever the case may be, her wings are beloved! So of course she was thrilled to have a butterfly themed Birthday Party!
I love Hazel’s expressions as we sang her Happy Birthday as she anticipated blowing out her candles!
Hazel also loves cats. So you can imagine her excitement when we took her to Build A Bear for the first time. She of course picked out a black kitty first thing. This girl knows what she wants!
Hazel can be very shy and coy around new people. She so sweetly covered her eyes as her kitty was being filled. The way she hugged her kitty afterwards was so incredibly precious.
We closed the birthday festivities with an evening walk on Alki beach and Menchies afterwards.
